Free Initial Consult
Free - 15 mins
A free 15-minute phone consultation is available to determine whether therapy may be a good fit and to gather basic information. This is also an opportunity to learn more about my approach and ask any initial questions.
Diagnostic Interview / Intake
$160
The intake session focuses on understanding background information and identifying goals for treatment.
Intakes are completed online.
For children under 18, the intake is a parent-only session.
Session Fees
Online individual therapy sessions include:
• 60-minute session: $160
• 45-minute session: $140
Pricing + Payment
Payment details will be provided prior to the first scheduled session.
Scheduling
Scheduling information will be shared during the consultation or intake process.
Telehealth Eligibility
To participate in telehealth services, clients must be:

located in Maryland,Washington, DC, and Florida at the time of each session

able to access a private, confidential space for appointments
Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is an essential part of the therapeutic process.
Information shared in therapy is kept private, except in situations where disclosure is required by law to ensure safety.
Emergency Situations
Telehealth therapy is not designed for immediate crisis support.
If you are experiencing an emergency or are concerned about your safety or the safety of someone else, please contact local emergency services or the nearest crisis resource immediately.
